a) What are the three main factors that causes unethical behavior (2 points)b) Scenario:Assume that you are the factory manager in an organization in charge of product that discharges pollutant to a nearby water stream. In the country you are operating this factory has no regulatory control to monitor pollution. However, your company has installed a filtering system to filter toxic pollutant prior to discharge to prevent leakage of toxic material to the nearby water stream. Pollution filtering system works within a specified production rates and you need to maintain production rates within these threshold limits for filtrations to work effectively.Due to sudden demand for your product, company’s managing director wants you to increase the production capacity overnight to meet urgent deliveries which will have positive impact to your organization’s bottom line (company has not done too well in the past and this is a great opportunity for the company) and employees will be entitled to receive incentives based on profits made by the company. However, this additional demand will make the production rate to increase above maximum filtering threshold, which would cause above normal toxic contamination seeping into nearby water stream. (Upgrading the filtering system will take 1 month and first deliveries are needed in 2 weeks)Analyze this situation under factors that causes unethical behaviour and how would you manage such a situation?Thank you so much
