They do this by developing and implementing processes that support this approach. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the traditional workplace has shifted dramatically. Many organizations have failed to invest in and adapt to these changes, while others have instituted drastic changes which have allowed them to thrive in this new workplace environment.
Imagine this scenario: You have been asked to prepare an analytical brief to present to your organization’s executive management team.
Select 1 organization with which you are familiar or use the library resources to locate an organization. You may use the organization you select for future assignments in this course or choose a different organization.

Write a 2,450- to 2,800-word analytical brief outlining the steps the organization would need to take to develop an agile workplace strategy.
Address the following in your brief:
- Analyze the specific needs of your business and industry.
- Discuss employee retention and recruitment.
- Analyze various cost control measures.
- Examine remote workplace issues and challenges.
Present a platform to bring this strategy to fruition. Use the Prosci® ADKAR® Model and discuss any other theories and concepts that relate to the development of an agile workplace strategy.
